Please Note: Pole tents are best suited for setup on grass or soft surfaces. Pole tents may be utilized on blacktop or asphalt, but it will require the use of heavy duty stakes and a stake driver for drilling into the ground. Usage on concrete surfaces is not recommended.

This standard party pole tent will provide a shelter for your next outdoor event with a quick and easy setup process, as well as being easy to transport after tear down.

These Weekender Party Tents feature galvanized steel tent poles and a single piece tent top, constructed from commercial-grade, 14oz translucent vinyl that is 100% waterproof and resistant to mold, mildew, and flame. All panels are bonded with 1" heat-sealed overlapping seams and have scalloped valances bonded with vinyl binding. Guy ropes are spliced at all pole locations and the tent top also has sidewall ropes that are permanently installed, should you want to add sidewalls for added protection from the wind and elements (Sidewalls sold separately).

This Weekender Party Pole Tent is great for weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal parties, graduations and other outdoor events. What's more is that these tents are so lightweight that they are shipped with standard ground service, so there is no need to schedule freight deliveries or having to worry about unloading a big, heavy tent from the back of a trailer.

Please Note: It is only recommended that the supplied rope is used for staking. Ratchet straps are not recommended to be used with this Weekender Pole Tent.

Seating Capacity:

• 33 people for a sit-down dinner
• 40 people for a buffet-style dinner
• 50 people for cathedral (row) seating
• 80 people for a cocktail party

Sidewall Requirements:

• 7ft tall. The finished size height of 7ft sidewalls is 6ft 7in.
• Sidewalls are available in 10ft, 15ft, 20ft, and 30ft in length.
• Sidewalls are available in Solid and Window styles.
