This 30' x 30' frame tent provides a completely clear-span interior with no interior center poles, allowing you to maximize usable space for guest seating, dance floors, or catering layouts.
Built on an expandable West Coast frame system, the standardized tubing and steel fittings can be integrated with additional frame components and fabric sections, allowing you to build multiple tent sizes as your business grows.

Delivery Requirement: Tents with a shortest side of 30' or wider require delivery to a commercial address with unloading capabilities. Residential delivery is not available for this item.
Surface Anchoring Notice: Safe installation on hard surfaces (asphalt or concrete) or turf requires appropriate surface anchors, asphalt stakes, or dedicated heavy-duty ballast systems (sold separately).

Twin-Tube Aluminum Frame: Constructed with a 2" diameter anodized aluminum twin-tube profile. The reinforced double-channel design provides enhanced structural rigidity and bending resistance compared to single-tube frames, while resisting rust and oxidation to keep fabric clean.
Heavy-Duty Steel Fittings: Manufactured from 1.25" Schedule 40 steel with a protective zinc coating for maximum wear resistance at structural joints.
Commercial-Grade Canopy Top: Crafted from heavy-duty 18 oz block-out PVC vinyl. The fabric is 100% waterproof, flame-retardant, and mold- and mildew-resistant. Constructed with 1" heat-sealed overlap seams, 2" internal nylon webbing, and multi-layer reinforced corners.

Sidewall Requirements:
- 7ft tall. The finished height of 7ft sidewalls is 6ft 7in.

Cold Weather Care: PVC vinyl becomes rigid in cold temperatures. To prevent fabric cracking or seam damage, do not handle, unpack, erect, or fold the tent top in temperatures below 40°F.

Can this tent be set up on concrete or asphalt?
Yes. Because it uses a self-supporting frame design, it can be set up on hard surfaces. However, it must be safely anchored using surface ballasts, concrete anchors, or asphalt stakes (sold separately).
Does this 30' x 30' tent require a center pole?
No. Unlike traditional pole tents, West Coast frame tents rely entirely on a perimeter aluminum frame structure. This leaves the interior 100% unobstructed by center poles.
Can I expand this system into different tent sizes later?
Yes. The West Coast frame system uses standardized tubing lengths and interchangeable fittings, allowing you to expand or reconfigure your frame into larger sizes by adding modular frame tubing and fabric sections.
Warranty Information: Our vinyl canopy tents, vinyl tops, and vinyl sidewalls come with a 1-Year Warranty against manufacturer's defects. Warranty does not cover improper installation or misuse. Warranty does not cover wind whip or wind crack damage from the use of our canopy tents in temperatures below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS : Weather is unpredictable, installer/end-user must incorporate knowledge of local weather conditions in accordance with the installation instruction guidelines.:
Rain water may collect on the tent fabric perimeter causing "ponding" or "water pocketing". Ensure the tent is installed and tensioned correctly. The additional weight from the water can cause the tent to sag, ponding will get worse. This may cause partial or complete collapse and damage to the top/frame components/and poles.
Wind, Wind/Rain combination can cause rope/ratchet and ground stakes to loosen. This may cause partial or complete collapse and damage to the top/frame components/and poles.
Lightning: Immediately evacuate the tent until the chance of a lightning strike is no longer present.
Snow: Tents, canopies, structures, and shelters are not designed to carry any type of snow loading. These products should not be used if snow of any kind is present, and must be evacuated immediately.
It is very important to do routine maintenance checks on ropes/ratchets and stakes and maintain proper tension on the tent top at all times
