How We Make Them
We put a lot of thought and pride into our commercial-grade products to ensure a long lifespan with low maintenance. For these 30" round tables, we utilize a CNC machine for precision and quality. We engineer every table to be identical, and that level of consistency comes in handy if you ever need to replace broken or damaged parts.
We use 3/4" thick birch plywood for the tabletops and even sand them smooth to prevent rough patches that wear unevenly. We then seal both sides with a tough, protective polyurethane finish. These tables even feature a reinforced aluminum edge that we crimp to the tabletop using a high-pressure technique rather than industrial adhesives. This border can keep out moisture, thus protecting the wood from damage.
We put the same level of detail into the support legs. We use 1" diameter 16-Gauge cold-rolled steel and chrome-plate it for a beautiful finish. Our design allows for easy breakdown and storage, and with the legs separated from the tabletops, they take up less room.
