Make a bold statement at your next event with the TentandTable 20' x 40' Blue & White Premium West Coast Frame Tent. Offering an expansive 800 square feet of column-free coverage, this heavy-duty commercial canopy comfortably accommodates up to 160 standing guests or 100 seated guests.

Designed without center poles, this premium clear-span tent maximizes interior floor space for seating, dance floors, buffet lines, and equipment. Whether you are running a commercial rental operation or organizing outdoor weddings, trade shows, festivals, and rehearsal dinners, this expandable frame system delivers high-end aesthetics and professional durability.

System Expandability & Premium Construction

Built on an expandable West Coast frame design, this commercial-grade system gives rental operators maximum flexibility. By using standardized tubing diameters and interchangeable fittings, you can expand or adapt your setup into multiple tent dimensions simply by adding component tubing to your inventory.

  • Vibrant Canopy Top: Crafted from premium 16 oz block-out PVC vinyl in striking Blue & White. The material is 100% waterproof, flame-retardant (includes heat-bonded flame certificate labels), and naturally resistant to mold and mildew. Block-out vinyl blocks harsh sunlight, keeping guests cooler underneath.
  • Anodized Aluminum Frame: Constructed with 2" diameter single-tube anodized aluminum pipes. Anodized aluminum is lightweight, rust-proof, and oxidation-resistant, preventing stains on your vinyl canopy during setup.
  • Heavy-Duty Steel Fittings: Manufactured from robust 1.25" Schedule 40 steel pipe finished with a protective zinc plating for long-lasting strength at critical joint connections.
  • Structural Reinforcements: Built with 1" heat-sealed overlap seams, 2" heavy-duty nylon webbing, multi-layered pole point reinforcements, and integrated polyester-webbing sidewall hang ropes.

Practical Installation & Anchoring Guidelines

This frame tent structure can be installed on grass, dirt, concrete, or asphalt. Proper anchoring is critical for safety and stability against wind load:

  • Soft Surfaces (Turf / Soil): Secure each tent leg using heavy-duty steel tent stakes driven deep into stable soil.
  • Hard Surfaces (Asphalt / Concrete): Secure legs using appropriate surface-specific asphalt stakes, concrete drop-in anchors, or approved water/concrete ballast weights. Never rely strictly on driver tools or unweighted bases.
  • Temperature Handling: Do not unroll, fold, or install vinyl canopy tops in temperatures below 40°F (4°C), as cold weather makes PVC rigid and prone to cracking or seam stress.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does a West Coast frame tent differ from a pole tent?

Unlike pole tents, a West Coast frame tent uses a rigid aluminum structure to hold up the canopy, eliminating interior center poles. This gives you 100% usable clear-span space inside. Additionally, frame tents can be ballasted on hard surfaces like concrete where staking isn't possible, whereas pole tents rely entirely on tension staking.

How does the expandable West Coast system save inventory costs?

Because the system relies on standardized 2" tubing and interchangeable zinc-plated fittings, you don't need to purchase entirely separate tent packages for every layout. You can adjust pipe lengths or add center sections to create larger or smaller tents using your existing stock.

What is covered under the manufacturer warranty?

TentandTable offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects in the vinyl canopy top and frame hardware. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper anchoring, extreme severe weather, misuse, or vinyl cracking caused by handling in temperatures below 40°F.

Warranty Information: Our vinyl canopy tents, vinyl tops, and vinyl sidewalls come with a 1-Year Warranty against manufacturer's defects. Warranty does not cover improper installation or misuse. Warranty does not cover wind whip or wind crack damage from the use of our canopy tents in temperatures below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS : Weather is unpredictable, installer/end-user must incorporate knowledge of local weather conditions in accordance with the installation instruction guidelines.

  • Rain water may collect on the tent fabric perimeter causing "ponding" or "water pocketing". Ensure the tent is installed and tensioned correctly. The additional weight from the water can cause the tent to sag, ponding will get worse. This may cause partial or complete collapse and damage to the top/frame components/and poles.
  • Wind, Wind/Rain combination can cause rope/ratchet and ground stakes to loosen. This may cause partial or complete collapse and damage to the top/frame components/and poles.
  • Lightning: Immediately evacuate the tent until the chance of a lightning strike is no longer present.
  • Snow: Tents, canopies, structures, and shelters are not designed to carry any type of snow loading. These products should not be used if snow of any kind is present, and must be evacuated immediately.
  • It is very important to do routine maintenance checks on ropes/ratchets and stakes and maintain proper tension on the tent top at all times
