Built to withstand frequent commercial use, the 2.5" diameter heavy-duty frame is constructed from premium, 1/8" thick anodized schedule 40 aluminum. This anodizing process provides superior strength compared to raw aluminum and highly resists rusting, corrosion, and oxidation—ensuring your tent poles won't leave unsightly stains on the fabric. The canopy top is crafted from our top-tier, 16-ounce blockout PVC vinyl, which is water-resistant, flame-retardant, and resistant to mold and mildew. All panels feature 1" heat-sealed, overlapping seams for exceptional longevity.
This versatile high-peak party tent is ideal for weddings, corporate receptions, graduations, and large outdoor gatherings. While it sets up beautifully on grass, it can also be adapted for parking lots and other hard surfaces, provided proper anchoring methods—such as asphalt stakes or a ballast system—are utilized for secure installation. Can this high-peak party tent be set up on hard surfaces like asphalt?
Yes. Unlike traditional pole tents, this frame tent does not require a grass surface for installation. It can be set up in parking lots or on blacktop, but it requires proper anchoring for safety. Secure installation on hard surfaces depends on utilizing appropriate asphalt stakes, ballast weights, or other heavy-duty anchoring methods.
Can I use this tent during the colder winter months?
While this tent is designed for multi-season commercial use, special care should be taken in cold weather. PVC vinyl becomes less flexible in temperatures below 40°F, making it susceptible to wind whip or cracking if handled or left up in freezing conditions. We recommend erecting and storing the vinyl top in warmer conditions.

What kind of warranty coverage does this party tent include?
The TentandTable 20' x 40' premium high peak frame party tent is backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturer defects on the vinyl canopy, top, and sidewalls. This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or weather-related wear such as wind whip or cold-weather cracking in temperatures below 40°F.
Warranty Information: Our vinyl canopy tents, vinyl tops, and vinyl sidewalls come with a 1-Year Warranty against manufacturer's defects. Warranty does not cover improper installation or misuse. Warranty does not cover wind whip or wind crack damage from the usage of our canopy tents in temperatures below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS : Weather is unpredictable, installer/end-user must incorporate knowledge of local weather conditions in accordance with the installation instruction guidelines.
- Rain water may collect on the tent fabric perimeter causing "ponding" or "water pocketing". Ensure the tent is installed and tensioned correctly. The additional weight from the water can cause the tent to sag, ponding will get worse. This may cause partial or complete collapse and damage to the top/frame components/and poles.
- Wind, Wind/Rain combination can cause rope/ratchet and ground stakes to loosen. This may cause partial or complete collapse and damage to the top/frame components/and poles.
- Lightning: Immediately evacuate the tent until the chance of a lightning strike is no longer present.
- Snow: Tents, canopies, structures, and shelters are not designed to carry any type of snow loading. These products should not be used if snow of any kind is present, and must be evacuated immediately.
- It is very important to do routine maintenance checks on ropes/ratchets and stakes and maintain proper tension on the tent top at all times
