The TentandTable 20' x 30' West Coast Frame Tent provides a versatile shelter solution for event rental businesses, catering companies, and venue operators. Designed with an open-concept layout and no center poles, this 20x30 party tent offers unobstructed interior floor space suitable for weddings, graduation ceremonies, corporate events, and vendor booths. Available in standard white as well as classic blue and white color combinations, this complete shelter delivers dependable, professional performance.

Expandable Modular Frame System

Built on a standardized West Coast frame design, this tent utilizes interchangeable tubing and heavy-duty steel fittings. Rather than purchasing entirely separate tent kits for different event dimensions, you can combine these core components with additional tubing and connectors to build several different tent sizes. This modular configuration helps reduce storage requirements and lowers long-term inventory costs as your rental operation grows.

Unobstructed Interior Space Structural Frame

Unlike traditional pole tents, West Coast frame party tents require no center support poles. This design provides 100% usable interior floor space, allowing flexible arrangements for dining tables, buffet lines, dance floors, and staging.

The structural frame features a 2-inch diameter, single-tube anodized aluminum frame paired with zinc-plated galvanized steel fittings. Anodized aluminum offers a lightweight alternative to structural steel while resisting rust and oxidation, preventing structural poles from leaving stains on your vinyl canopy.

Weather-Resistant Vinyl Top Season Usage

The canopy top is manufactured from 16 oz block-out PVC vinyl that is 100% waterproof, flame-retardant, and resistant to mold and mildew. Key structural details include 1-inch heat-sealed overlap seams, 2-inch nylon webbing, and multi-layered reinforcements at all tubing contact points. Each canopy top comes equipped with heat-bonded identification and flame certification labels.

Replaceable polyester sidewall ropes are pre-installed along the interior webbing, making it simple to attach solid or window-style sidewalls (sold separately) to protect guests from shifting weather conditions.

Temperature Notice: While the structural aluminum frame remains durable year-round, the 16 oz PVC vinyl top must not be unrolled, folded, installed, or taken down in ambient temperatures below 40°F (4°C). Handling vinyl in cold conditions can cause cracking and material damage, which is excluded from warranty coverage.

Anchoring Installation Requirements

This 20' x 30' frame tent can be installed on grass, dirt, asphalt, concrete, or parking lot surfaces. Proper anchoring is required for safe setup and depends strictly on the installation surface:

Grass Turf: Standard ground stakes.

Asphalt Concrete: Specialized asphalt stakes, concrete drop-in anchors, or ballast weight systems (anchoring hardware sold separately).

Fast shipping options are available to help you meet your event delivery schedules.

Frequently Asked Questions

What components are included with this purchase, and what is sold separately?

This purchase includes the 2-inch anodized aluminum tubing, zinc-plated steel frame fittings, 16 oz PVC vinyl canopy top, and pre-installed interior sidewall ropes. Sidewalls, ground stakes, hard-surface anchors, ballast weights, and transport storage bags are sold separately.

Can this 20x30 frame tent be set up on hard surfaces like concrete or asphalt?

Yes. TentandTable frame tents can be installed on hard surfaces. However, secure surface-appropriate anchoring is required. Hard-surface setups require specialized asphalt stakes, concrete drop-in anchors, or dedicated ballast weights rather than standard grass stakes.

How does the expandable West Coast frame system work?

The West Coast frame system utilizes modular, standardized dimensions. The 2-inch aluminum pipes and steel fittings from this 20' x 30' kit can be combined with additional tubing sections and connectors to build several different tent sizes as your event setup requirements change.

Can this commercial tent top be handled or installed during cold weather?

The metal frame can handle cold conditions, but the 16 oz PVC vinyl top should not be unrolled, set up, or packed away when temperatures fall below 40°F (4°C). Cold handling makes PVC vinyl brittle and can lead to cracking, which is not covered under the limited warranty.

What warranty coverage does TentandTable provide for this product?

This commercial frame tent includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and craftsmanship. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper anchoring, misuse, handling vinyl below 40°F, or severe weather conditions.

Warranty Information: Our vinyl canopy tents, vinyl tops, and vinyl sidewalls come with a 1-Year Warranty against manufacturer's defects. Warranty does not cover improper installation or misuse. Warranty does not cover wind whip or wind crack damage from the use of our canopy tents in temperatures below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Rain water may collect on the tent fabric perimeter causing "ponding" or "water pocketing". Ensure the tent is installed and tensioned correctly. The additional weight from the water can cause the tent to sag, ponding will get worse. This may cause partial or complete collapse and damage to the top/frame components/and poles.
  • Wind, Wind/Rain combination can cause rope/ratchet and ground stakes to loosen. This may cause partial or complete collapse and damage to the top/frame components/and poles.
  • Lightning: Immediately evacuate the tent until the chance of a lightning strike is no longer present.
  • Snow: Tents, canopies, structures, and shelters are not designed to carry any type of snow loading. These products should not be used if snow of any kind is present, and must be evacuated immediately.
  • It is very important to do routine maintenance checks on ropes/ratchets and stakes and maintain proper tension on the tent top at all times
