Engineered for the rigorous demands of commercial rental operations, trade shows, upscale outdoor events, and high-end family gatherings, the TentandTable 20' x 20' West Coast Frame Party Tent offers unmatched durability, versatility, and professional appeal. Featuring a classic square footprint—available in traditional solids as well as vibrant options like our red-and-white stripe design—this premium shelter delivers 400 square feet of completely unobstructed interior space with no center poles to limit your layout.

Key Features & Commercial-Grade Construction

  • Expandable Interchangeable Frame System: Built on standard West Coast frame geometry, the interchangeable tubing and fitting design allows commercial operators to easily expand or reconfigure inventory into multiple tent sizes using modular components.
  • Heavy-Duty Aluminum & Steel Support: Structural stability is backed by 2-inch diameter single-tube anodized aluminum pipe paired with 1.25-inch Schedule 40 zinc-plated steel fittings. The anodized aluminum resists oxidation and rust, ensuring your tent top remains free from unsightly rust stains over time.
  • Commercial 16 oz Block-Out Vinyl Canopy: Crafted from ultra-durable 16 oz PVC vinyl that is flame-retardant, water-resistant, and mildew-resistant. Constructed with 1-inch heat-sealed overlap seams, 2-inch nylon webbing, and multi-layered corner reinforcements at all key stress points for maximum longevity.
  • Obstruction-Free Floor Plan: The rigid frame design eliminates the need for center poles, providing 100% usable floor space for maximum layout flexibility, guest comfort, and equipment placement.

Critical Anchoring & Temperature Guidelines

Surface Anchoring Requirements

Commercial frame tents must be properly secured to ensure safe operation:

Grass & Turf Installations: Standard heavy-duty ground stakes are required at all base plates.

Asphalt & Concrete Installations: Require specialized anchoring methods, such as asphalt stakes, heavy ballast weight systems (water barrels or concrete blocks), or concrete drop-ins to maintain structural safety.

Important Cold Weather Notice:

Heavy-duty vinyl canopy materials lose flexibility in cold environments. Operating or handling this tent in temperatures below 40°F (4°C) can cause material stiffness, cold-cracking, or severe wind-whip damage. Usage below 40°F voids warranty coverage related to temperature degradation.

Warranty Information

Includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship.

Note: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper setup, inadequate anchoring, severe or extreme weather exposure, or operation in cold temperatures below 40°F.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Is this 20' x 20' frame tent expandable into other sizes?

Yes. The West Coast frame system utilizes standardized pipe lengths and fitting angles. You can expand or reduce your tent dimensions by combining existing components with additional tubing, fittings, and canopy tops rather than buying an entirely new system.

2. Can I set up this frame tent on asphalt or concrete surfaces?

Yes. However, hard-surface setups require specialized anchoring equipment. While soil or grass setups use standard ground stakes, asphalt or concrete setups require asphalt-specific stakes or approved ballast weight systems to maintain safety and compliance.

3. Are sidewalls included with this canopy?

No, sidewalls are sold separately. The canopy top features built-in, polyester sidewall ropes secured with heavy-duty webbing, allowing quick and easy attachment of optional 7-foot sidewalls in either Solid or Cathedral Window designs.

4. What weather conditions are suitable for this tent?

The tent is designed to withstand standard outdoor weather conditions, utilizing a waterproof 16 oz PVC vinyl top and robust aluminum frame. However, it should not be used in extreme severe weather, high winds, or in temperatures below 40°F, as cold weather causes vinyl to become brittle and prone to cracking.

5. What is covered under the TentandTable warranty?

The 1-Year Limited Warranty covers structural and material manufacturer defects. It does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, lack of proper surface anchoring, negligence, windstorms, extreme weather, or usage in temperatures under 40°F.

Warranty Information: Our vinyl canopy tents, vinyl tops, and vinyl sidewalls come with a 1-Year Warranty against manufacturer's defects. Warranty does not cover improper installation or misuse. Warranty does not cover wind whip or wind crack damage from the use of our canopy tents in temperatures below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS : Weather is unpredictable, installer/end-user must incorporate knowledge of local weather conditions in accordance with the installation instruction guidelines.

  • Rain water may collect on the tent fabric perimeter causing "ponding" or "water pocketing". Ensure the tent is installed and tensioned correctly. The additional weight from the water can cause the tent to sag, ponding will get worse. This may cause partial or complete collapse and damage to the top/frame components/and poles.
  • Wind, Wind/Rain combination can cause rope/ratchet and ground stakes to loosen. This may cause partial or complete collapse and damage to the top/frame components/and poles.
  • Lightning: Immediately evacuate the tent until the chance of a lightning strike is no longer present.
  • Snow: Tents, canopies, structures, and shelters are not designed to carry any type of snow loading. These products should not be used if snow of any kind is present, and must be evacuated immediately.
  • It is very important to do routine maintenance checks on ropes/ratchets and stakes and maintain proper tension on the tent top at all times
