Steps to Ordering Custom Canopy Tents and Tops

Choose Your

Whether it's a canopy tent or another party tent, we can custom-print it with your design. Have a specific tent in mind? Reach out to us at sales@partytentsdirect.com or (716) 566-5804, and we'll discuss the custom printing options with you.

Step 2
Submit Your Artworkf

After picking your tent, send us your print-ready artwork. While we can help optimize or recreate your logo or other designs for a fee, we ask that you provide the final, print-ready files.

Step 3
Receive and Review Proof

Our team will craft a customized proof of your tent with your artwork integrated. You'll get an email with this proof to review. This is your chance to request any changes to make sure it looks just the way you want.

Once you're happy with the proof, sign and return it via email at sales@partytentsdirect.com. This approval is key, as it kicks off the production process.

Step 4
Production Timeline

After you've approved the proof and made your payment in full, we'll start production. Typically, lead times range from 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the product. We’re dedicated to delivering high-quality custom canopy tents and tops within that timeframe.

Our graphics team can also help fine-tune or recreate your artwork for an additional fee. Your sales consultant will guide you through the entire order process and provide quotes.
